Suitable for properties that have received an initial post-renovation cleanup but still have fine dust remaining, this service provides additional detailed cleaning. Our cleaning staff wipe and vacuum cabinet surfaces, switch plates, light fixture exteriors, floors, and other agreed areas. Customers can share details about the property’s condition to receive a tailored quote. Once the plan is confirmed and the deposit is paid, we arrange an on-site appointment. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed and the customer confirms the agreed areas have been addressed.
